Düsseldorf-based video game developer and publisher astragon Entertainment and Vienna-based development studio Mi’pu’mi Games announce that Howl is now available on iOS and Android devices. The critically acclaimed tactical fairytale is already available on Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games Store and Steam.

About Mi’pu’mi & Howl
Over the past ten years, Mi’pu’mi has had the privilege of supporting global AAA productions and franchises from companies such as IO Interactive, Remedy Entertainment, Ubisoft, MachineGames and Red Bull. Howl, the turn-based strategy game, is Mi’pu’mi’s latest original title. Players embody a deaf prophetess and must survive in a world afflicted by an acoustic plague that is turning the population into veritable wild beasts. Each step must be carefully planned to defeat their opponents.
Howl ‘s graphics are created using “living ink”, a fluid, dynamic watercolor style that illustrates the story as the players progress. Players will have to make their way through a dark fantasy world, fight to rid the land of the plague and help the heroine find her missing brother.
Howl ‘s main features
- Strategic challenges: Players must stay one step ahead of enemy actions to solve turn-based puzzles. They’ll have to plan their moves up to 6 turns in advance, and watch their plan unfold. The slightest wrong decision can put the heroine in dangerous situations, turning the tide against her.
- A unique visual style: thanks to “living ink”, a magnificent fairytale world comes to life as the game progresses.
- Unlockable skills: New skills can be unlocked and upgraded to keep up with the opposition, such as Shadow Step, Explosive Shot and much more.
- A real challenge: 60 levels divided into four chapters are waiting to be freed from evil. Save the villagers from the clutches and howls of the wolves.
