Following an exclusive reveal at The Game Awards, developer and publisher Tripwire Interactive today released a brand-new gameplay trailer for the highly anticipated next chapter in the legendary Killing Floor franchise, Killing Floor 3. Tripwire also announced that this action-horror co-op shooter will benefit from crossplay compatibility on all platforms when it launches worldwide in March 2025 on PC, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.
In addition to its release on digital stores, Tripwire will collaborate with its global distribution partner, PLAION, to offer physical versions of the game in stores for all platforms. Starting today, players eager to test their Zeds-elimination skills can register for access to information on the closed beta coming soon.
Killing Floor 3 is the latest installment in the acclaimed cooperative action-horror FPS series. The story takes place in 2091, 70 years after the events of Killing Floor 2. The mega-corporation Horzine has created the ultimate army: an obedient horde of bio-engineered monstrosities called Zeds. The only obstacle standing between these infernal creations and the future of humanity is the rebel group Nightfall. This intense FPS puts players in the shoes of a Nightfall specialist, joining up to five teammates to fight in a war-torn dystopian future, surviving relentless waves of Zeds, unlocking new skills and assembling the ultimate arsenal.
