2K and Gearbox Software have unveiled the first look at Borderlands® 4, presenting new elements of one of the most eagerly-awaited games of 2025. Revealed at The Game Awards, the new trailer introduces The Timekeeper, a ruthless dictator who rules over the people from the sky. A global catastrophe threatens his Perfect Order, spreading chaos across Kairos, the most dangerous planet ever discovered in the Borderlands universe.
Borderlands 4 is the most ambitious Borderlands game in the franchise, designed with great affection by the development studio that created the looter shooter genre. This new title brings new evolutions to the gameplay and narrative of the series, while retaining the essence of the Borderlands experience that fans know and love, including :
