Diablo IV in-game cinematics presented, open beta dates announced

On February 18, we gave you a first look at the Diablo IV intro cinematic, as well as the dates for the early access and open beta weekend. If you missed that announcement, you can access it by clicking here.

Starting in March, players in most regions will be able to experience Diablo IV during two beta weekends, available on Windows® PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4. Those who pre-order Diablo IV will receive early access to the beta from March 17-19. Codes are available now. The following weekend, March 24-26, the open beta weekend will be open to everyone.

In previous testing, the team has focused on the various aspects of Diablo IV’s high-level content. During the open beta weekends, players will be able to experience the beginning of the game, including the prologue and all of Act I, with a level cap of 25. We’ll be sharing more information about the specifics of the open beta in the coming weeks.
