Frontier Developments today unveils F1® Manager 2023the next installment in the officially licensed Formula 1® management simulation series. Players will enjoy a new, deeper management system, more spectacular racing and an even greater commitment to authenticity. F1 fans are invited to take on the role of an F1® team manager, make their mark and lead the team of their choice to the top, driving every decision on and off the track.
F1® Manager 2023 gets even closer to the FIA Formula One World Championship™ 2023 with the all-new Race Replay mode, which will allow aspiring team managers to rewrite key moments throughout the new racing season. Additionally, with the return of Career Mode, players will enjoy a series of highly requested features, adding new dimensions to the sporting spectacle at every turn.

F1® Manager 2023 gives fans the freedom to oversee the F1® team of their choice on their own terms. New for 2023 is the role of the Sporting Director, a role that offers more in-depth management of the team, its pits and its training program to challenge players to anticipate the risk of costly mistakes and the speed of pit stops. New weight considerations will also force players to balance car performance and reliability within the budget limit to give their driver duo the best chance of finishing on top. Future team managers will set the direction of their team by setting the development focus for their current roster, scouting the next generation of talent from the fully simulated F2™ and F3™ championships or negotiating contracts for the following season to ensure multi-year success.
Racing is far more intense and dynamic, with thrilling scenarios that ensure spectacular clashes between drivers seeking victory. A new driver confidence system will allow for daring wheel-to-wheel passing maneuvers and real-time exchanges between the driver and his race engineers. Finding the right tire window will also be critical to grip and performance, so split-second decisions will make the difference between winning and losing the race. F1® Manager 2023 brings the season’s 23 races and six F1® Sprint events to life in stunning broadcast quality, with every key moment narrated by Sky Sports’ official commentary duo, David Croft and Karun Chandhok.
F1® Manager 2023 will be available this summer 2023 digitally on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and also available physically and digitally on PlayStation® 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation® 4 and Xbox One.
