Wolcen Studio (Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem) today launches the first Devlog for Bullet Noir, its new self-published neo-noir top-down twin-stick shooter. Entitled “The Vision”, this devlog introduces the game’s four vengeful protagonists, corrupt city and unique art style, ahead of its Early Access release on Steam on April 15, 2025.
