Xbox is pleased to announce its partnership with LG Electronics and the upcoming arrival of the Xbox application on a selection of LG Smart TVs.
Soon, gamers equipped with LG Smart TVs will be able to explore the Xbox app for direct access to hundreds of games from the Game Pass Ultimate catalog, including popular titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and upcoming releases like Avowed (launching February 18, 2025).
The Xbox app on LG Smart TV offers even more ways to play Xbox :
- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play their favorite games directly from the Xbox app on compatible LG Smart TVs, thanks to cloud gaming.
- With an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and a Bluetooth-enabled wireless controller, gamers will be able to access games via the Xbox app (available in the LG Gaming portal) thanks to cloud gaming. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will also be able to play some of the games they own outside the Game Pass catalog, such as NBA 2K25, Hogwarts Legacy, and many others.
