Albion Online, the fantasy sandbox MMORPG developed by Sandbox Interactive, today announces the launch of a new server, Albion Europe, optimized for the Europe and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. In addition to offering a fresh start in the world of Albion, the new server will feature much faster connection speeds, better ping and lower latency, as well as event schedules tailored to players across the region.

The new server follows the free-to-play model already in place, and is open to all players worldwide, regardless of location. And as with the existing servers, Albion Europe will remain fully cross-platform, allowing users to play on PC, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS with a single account.
Albion Europe Founder Packs offer a host of benefits and rewards, including early access to the new server, valuable in-game itemsincludingGold (the game’s premium currency), Premium (which offers players a better quality of life and speeds up their progression), as well as Founder-exclusive Name Tags, Avatars, Furniture and Appearances. In addition, Founders will have full access to the Closed Beta from April 3, 2024, during which they can take part in a unique challenge to unlock an additional cosmetic set.
As this is Albion’s third server, Founders will also have the option of reserving their existing character and guild names on one of the servers already in place when purchasing the Founder’s Pack.
Albion Europe” server features:
- A new, untouched version of the game, where all players start on an equal footing and can claim their own piece of Albion
- A completely separate world , independent of the existing American and Asian servers
- Significantly improved connection speeds and ping throughout Europe and MENA (Middle East and North Africa)
- Game andserverevent schedules (territory battles, Crystal League, faction warfare, maintenance, etc.) adapted to the region
- Founder’s Packs give access to the Closed Beta starting on April 3, enabling players to benefit from early access to the official server launch, as well as to reserve existing character and guild names
- All players, whether Founders or not, can access the Open Beta from April 10
Overall, the launchofAlbion Europe is a long-awaited enhancement for players in Europe and the MENA region, while offering the global Albion community the chance to explore and conquer an untouched version of the game world.
The Albion Europe server is the game’s third server, following Albion West (now Albion America) in 2017 and Albion East (now Albion Asia) in 2023, and accompanies the arrival of two new languages in the game: TurkishandArabic.
