Konami Digital Entertainment, B.V. (KONAMI) today announced that the Yu-Gi-Oh! PLAYING CARD GAME (JCJ) La Bonanza du Quart de Siècle set, which continues the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game’s 25th anniversary celebrations, is now available in Europe and Oceania.

From legendary monsters such as the Blue-Eyed White Dragon and the Dark Magician to competitive cards such as S:P Petite Chevaleresse and Feu Ardent, La Bonanza du Quart de Siècle is a complete set containing important cards from the history of Yu-Gi-Oh! PLAYABLE CARD GAME (JCJ).

The Quarter Century Bonanza picks up where the 25th Anniversary Rare Collection left off. A pack contains five cards and, as with the original Rare Collection, KONAMI replaces one of the Super Rare cards in each pack with a guaranteed Deluxe Secret Rare card (Platinum or Quart de Siècle). These come from a special 200-card nostalgic set, independent of the standard 78-card set that also powers the set. Since each pack offers access to two different sets of cards, in a way La Bonanza du Quart de Siècle is a two-in-one set.

The secret rarity Rare Quart de Siècle is only available during the 25th anniversary celebration period. KONAMI has never reissued a card that has a Secret Rare Quart de Siècle version in the same rarity, which has prevented some cards from appearing in products such as the Rare Collection. Nevertheless, KONAMI includes in this set cards that have a Secret Rare Quart de Siècle version, such as Super Polymerization, Promethean Princess, Flame Giver and Diabellstar the Dark Witch. These cards are available in La Bonanza du Quart de Siècle in Secret Rare Platinum, Collector’s Rare “prismatic” and Ultimate Rare “prismatic”, as well as in Secret Rare, Ultra Rare and Super Rare.

The Quart de Siècle Bonanza comes just in time for competitive Duelists, as the set will be available ahead of one of the biggest events of the season: the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series 2024 tournament in Bologna, Italy, November 22-24. Fans will be able to watch the competition on YouTube and Twitch. To keep abreast of events, visit the official website.
