CCP Games today launches EVE Online: Revenant, the new expansion for the legendary galactic MMO EVE Online. Intrepid Capsuliers can now plunge into New Eden alongside the Immortal to join forces against the most dangerous threat yet. Build mercenary lairs in nullsec space to generate cryptic infomorphs, which can be traded to the Immortal for advanced new ships and state-of-the-art weaponry. In Revenant, you can also increase your contribution to the collective by taking part in Tactical Operations, as well as experimenting with new SKINR designs. - The Immortal’s powerful ships: take advantage of the Immortal’s advanced technology to plunge stellar confrontations into a new paradigm, at the controls of the Tholos Destroyer and the Cenotaph Battlecruiser. Designed for close-range combat, the Tholos and Cenotaph offer a tactical advantage in the current conflict. Use your infiltration skills to surprise the enemy before unleashing devastating SCARAB pods and shrikerclone weaponry, which pierce shields, armor and hulls from the inside.
- Mercenary lairs: these deployable structures attach themselves to orbital grapples around the temperate planets of nullsec space. They generate encrypted infomorphs from the planet’s workforce, which can then be exchanged for Immortal-specific ships, weapons and ammunition. Engage in Tactical Operations conflicts to influence the level of lawlessness and development in your lair, generating more encrypted infomorphs and disrupting the production of enemy manpower.
- Enhanced Corporation Projects: new project parameters bring greater flexibility, allowing leaders to set complex, diverse objectives tailored to a single project, such as mining multiple locations or targeting specific ship types. The new Vessel Assurance project offers a seamless way to automate vessel replacement programs, providing a guaranteed compensation system for members based on the actual cost of their loss. Project deadlines help corporate leaders prioritize and communicate around set objectives by flagging urgent matters for each project. Ideal for helping members focus their efforts on a specific subject.
- Create Alliance and Corporation SKINs: the SKINR customization and expression system has been enhanced to challenge Capsuliers to take their creativity to new heights. Take advantage of 40 new patterns and nano-coatings, plus a new pattern slot, to create the most original and personal SKINs. Design your own Corporation and Alliance SKINs to wear your colors high in the four corners of New Eden. A new section of the Paragon Hub makes it easy to find SKINs designed specifically for a group. It’s easier than ever to create a unique “uniform” to share with your teammates.
