● We’re launching a new conversational experience that uses our latest voice technology,
allowing users to brainstorm, learn, and practice out loud with real-time spoken responses.
● Gemini adapts to your conversational style so you can interrupt, ask follow-up questions or
come back to the conversation later with ease.
● To make speaking to Gemini feel even more natural, we’re introducing 10 new voices to
choose from, so you can pick the tone and style that works best for you.
● Gemini Live will start rolling out today to Gemini Advanced subscribers globally, in English via
the Gemini app on Android devices. In the coming weeks, we’ll expand availability to iOS
users via the Google app.

● We’re launching new extensions in the coming weeks, including Keep, Tasks, Utilities,
Calendar, and expanded features on YouTube Music.
● Extensions connect Gemini to other apps and services you rely on, letting you pull
information and complete tasks directly in your chat.
● This new set of extensions will start rolling out to users in the coming weeks in all countries
and languages that Gemini supports. It’ll be available for both web and mobile users across
Gemini and Gemini Advanced.
Get contextual help from Gemini on Android
● Gemini’s overlay provides instant AI assistance on your phone. Activate by holding the
power button or saying “Hey Google” to get quick answers, contextual help, and everyday
assistance without leaving your current screen.
● Staying within the context of the screen you were on makes Gemini’s output more practical
and easier to use. For example, you can tap the “Ask about this screen” suggestion to get
help with what’s on your screen or if you’re using YouTube, ask questions about what you’re
watching. Or if you’re preparing for a trip abroad and have just watched a travel vlog — tap
“Ask about this video” and ask for a list of all the restaurants mentioned in the video — and
for Gemini to add them to Google Maps.
