At EuroCucina 2024, Samsung unveils its new range of premium kitchens, part of the connected home. EuroCucina, one of the largest international events dedicated to the kitchen, will be held from April 16 to 21 in Milan.

After the global launch event two weeks ago, we’re now showing at EuroCucina what we’re capable of,” says Moohyung Lee, EVP and Head of Customer Experience Team, Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung. “We believe that optimal connection between home appliances will elevate consumers’ lives to a new level. I hope visitors to our stand will enjoy the innovations.

Samsung’s stand at EuroCucina includes a Bespoke AI zone [1 ] and a Premium Built-in Kitchen zone.

More connections between home appliances

In the Bespoke AI zone [2], visitors can experiment with different everyday scenarios. For example, they can control the robot vacuum cleaner with Mobile Smart Connect [3 ] and discover the AI Family Hub™ [4]. In SmartThings Energy Away mode, SmartThings automatically switches off certain devices when users are not at home. Optimal Charging only charges the robot vacuum cleaner to 60% during peak hours, reducing effort for users while maximizing the use of their appliances.

With Calm Onboarding, the product connects automatically after purchase and installation, without the user having to do anything.

New built-in products for different lifestyles

Samsung launches various built-in packages for the European market, including refrigerators, dishwashers, induction hobs and ovens. In the Premium Built-in Kitchen area, Samsung presents its new built-in products.

The BRB6500D, Samsung’s first large built-in refrigerator [5], is equipped with wifi, enabling users to monitor their energy consumption via the SmartThings AI Energy mode [6]. If the set limit is exceeded, the energy-saving mode [7 ] automatically adjusts the compressor speed and defrost cycle. The Twin Cooling™ system keeps food fresher for longer by regulating temperature and humidity.

Another built-in product featured at EuroCucina 2024 is Samsung’s new Energy Efficient Dishwasher [8]. This dishwasher features the WaterJet Clean™ system for intensive cleaning from all angles. With the Extra Silence program, it produces just 41dB [9 ] of noise. SmartThings AI Energy mode [10 ] monitors energy consumption and activates the energy-saving mode if necessary. Thanks to the Kitchen Fit™ sliding door [11], the dishwasher fits into any modern kitchen. The door cover rises when opening, allowing the door to open fully without having to cut the skirting board underneath.
