SpeeDons is a speedrun marathon broadcast live on Twitch, with the aim of raising as many donations as possible for the Médecins du Monde charity. After a third edition that broke the record for donations, topping the million euro mark, this fourth edition, still broadcast on MisterMV‘s Twitch channel (869,000 followers ), aims to match and even exceed last year’s prize fund.
What is Speedrun?
Speedrun consists in completing a video game as quickly as possible, either by using game bugs (glitches) or by optimizing actions to be as efficient as possible.
It’s an extremely demanding activity, requiring hours of training to achieve a ranking in the European or even world top echelons.
For example, one player managed to complete Super Mario Bros in under five minutes, with a time of exactly 4m 54s 881ms!

For this 2024 SpeeDons edition, MisterMV will be surrounded by big names from the French stream, who will accompany him all weekend to follow the exploits of the speedrunners.

Ticketing is now open!
Taking place at the Lyon Convention Center from February 29 to March 3, 880 tickets are on sale to give fans the chance to attend this unique event in France. Tickets are divided into two categories: 1-day and 4-day passes. These tickets will also give access to the various entertainment zones that will be on site throughout the event.
