In this large-scale multiplayer adventure set in a virtual reality world called Alfheim Online, the Galaxia system spirals out of control, causing a rift in time and space creating a new version mixing worlds and timelines. Characters from the various arcs of the Sword Art Online series are left to fend for themselves in this unexplored world, creating unexpected alliances even with their enemies and reviving memories as they try to get the timeline back on track.
Players will choose between some of their favorite characters from the series to join large cooperative groups of up to twenty fighters, in intense cross-play raids and boss battles, where everyone will have a part to play in victory.
Players who choose to pre-order the Digital Deluxe or Digital Premium editions will benefit from 3 days’ early access to SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream, to take their first steps in this new world before the other fighters.
