Fully interactive, animated tutorials will teach you the secrets of rocket launching, and the new vehicle assembly building interface allows you to take full advantage of a powerful yet easy-to-use tool. Players will be able to search for and extract valuable resources and then use these materials to build custom bases on distant celestial bodies or in the depths of space. Players will manage energy production and demand, housing inventories, and a new colony vehicle assembly building that can also serve as a low-gravity launch center from which to embark on new and ever more ambitious expeditions!
  • Interstellar Travel: KSP2 offers new interstellar navigation challenges for players. They will have to venture into the depths of interstellar space aboard nuclear-powered megaships capable of reaching unimaginable speeds. Upon arrival in a new star system, they will be able to deploy landers and rovers to explore these planets waiting to be discovered.
  • Multiplayer: Players will be able to either cooperate or compete with their friends to explore space together and reach historic milestones in their own version of the space race. Multiplayer mode opens the door to endless potential for adventure, completionism, and « accidental » collisions!
  • Modding: Kerbal fans are looking forward to reaping the benefits of the vast amount of mods available in the first game, and Intercept Games plans to make the new game even more mod-friendly by providing the necessary tools for this community.
