Samsung Electronics Co. announced the global launch of the Odyssey Neo G7 (model name: G70NC), the first flat-panel mini-led model in the popular Odyssey series. This large display is designed to provide gamers with an increased and more detailed field of view to enhance their immersion in their games.

A gaming display big enough for all games and platforms
The large 43-inch display boasts 4K (3,840 X 2,160) resolution with VESA Display HDR600 and HDR 10+ certification, for enhanced image and graphics quality. The Odyssey Neo G7 makes extensive use of Samsung’s Quantum Matrix technology, with Quantum Mini-LEDs providing ultra-fine and precise control of the tightly arranged LEDs. The result is richer black tones, more vibrant colors and more detail, even in dark gaming environments.
In addition, the Matte Display reduces glare on the screen, minimizing distractions at the most intense moments of gaming sessions and increasing the amount of detail visible. The focus is more on the game and the outstanding visual performance.
The Odyssey Neo G7 is a great display for any gaming platform. It has a display port and an HDMI 2.1 connection that is compatible with the new game consoles. You can also use the large 43-inch screen for mobile gaming via the built-in wifi/Bluetooth. Finally, you can connect a controller without a console and play a game in the cloud.
Performance that raises the bar for gaming
The 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time (MPRT) induce fast, smooth response and precise mouse movements. Even during the most intense moments, with the Odyssey Neo G7, gameplay is extremely smooth and fast, with less jerkiness, latency and screen tearing thanks to support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology.
The Odyssey Neo G7 provides customized and scalable gaming experiences, with several innovative features to adjust screen size, position, and even aspect ratio for an optimal experience. With Flex Move Screen, you can change the screen size from 43″ to 20″, depending on the game you’re playing. You can even change the position of the screen. In short, you determine the best way to achieve optimal performance in each game.
With the Samsung Game Bar, you can quickly view and change the main settings without leaving the game screen. You can change the FPS (Frames Per Second), aspect ratio, high dynamic range (HDR) and variable refresh rate (VRR). You can also change settings such as aspect ratio, response time and Game Picture mode. With the Game Bar, you can stay in control without missing any of the action.
Smart features for personalized experiences
The Samsung Smart Hub enables custom experiences with the Odyssey Neo G7. This gaming display is equipped with smart features that cater to different needs, such as turning the gaming display into a smart TV with apps from partners like Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube. The Odyssey Neo G7 will be available at the beginning of February in Belgium via the Samsung E-Store and from April onwards, the G70NC will be available via other sales outlets in Belgium. The recommended price is € 1,399.
