With local and online play and a whole host of fun features, players are sure to have a blast when Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble launches for the Nintendo Switch™ family of systems on June 25, 2024.

It’s time for a rumble!
Are you ready to fight while avoiding being banana-rumbled? Get ready as SEGA® reveals the first details of the crazy antics to be found in Banana Rumble’s Battle mode!
Up to 2 players locally or up to 16 players online can play together and compete in 5 different game modes. What’s more, whatever the game mode, players can choose up to 15 bots (for a total of up to 16 players) to join the action!
Race
Race against other players and reach the goal before they do, but be careful! If you fall off the level, you’ll have to start again from the last checkpoint you reached. Expect plenty of fun and surprising obstacles to keep you on your toes!
Banana hunt
The aim of the banana hunt is simple: collect as many bananas as possible! Keep your eyes peeled for the banana cloud, which appears randomly to rain down bunches of bananas. In the last 30 seconds of a match, the Frenzy mode will be triggered and banana bunches will appear everywhere, so make the most of it to score lots of points before the timer runs out!
Ba-BOUM!
Pass the bomb to your opponents and drive fast away from them! If you don’t hold a bomb at the end of a round, you’ll earn points. Whoever has the most points after 5 rounds wins!
Rush to the goal
In this team game mode, your aim is to roll through the goals to earn points, while working with your teammates to beat the opposing team. At the end of a match, each team will receive points for each goal corresponding to their color, so don’t sell the banana peel before you’ve killed it!
Smash robot
Destroy the robots! Two teams compete by smashing giant robots. The damage you inflict depends on your character’s weight and your movement speed. The team with the most points at the end of the match wins!
In each of these modes, players will encounter boxes of objects. Pass through one of them to receive one of the many items it contains. These include banana peels to make an opponent slide, a bat to push him away, a missile to send him flying, and a heavy ball that slows down anyone it touches. There are even items exclusive to certain characters, so stay tuned!
In addition to these competitive options, Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble ‘s Adventure mode allows up to 4 players to play in local or online cooperative mode, giving them even more options for having fun together!
