Players take on the role of V, a cyberpunk mercenary who delves into the shadowy world of spies, crossing paths with new characters including long-time secret agents, devious members of the political game and bloodthirsty mercenaries. V will join secret agent Solomon Reed (Idris Elba) on their toughest mission yet, filled with difficult choices and twists and turns.
Phantom Liberty takes players to Dogtown – Night City’s most dangerous neighborhood, run by arms dealer and master of war Kurt Hansen. In addition to new missions and characters, the neighborhood also offers new boss battles, infinitely replayable open-world activities in the form of depot missions and races, and much more to discover.
As part of the expansion, players will have access to over 100 new items (vehicles, weapons, clothing, cybernetics) as well as an all-new Relic skill tree with unique perks, bringing even more freedom and flexibility to different play styles.
