Brazilian developer Rogue Snail and Gearbox Publishing are proud to announce the launch of Relic Hunters Légende, the top-down looter shooter, in early access on Steam. In Relic Hunters Légende, players will plunge into a space-time adventure solo, or accompanied by other hunters online, to battle the tyrannical Duke Ducan and his evil henchmen. To mark its launch and the Steam Shoot ‘Em Up Festival taking place at the same time, Relic Hunters Legend is available at a reduced price (-33%) until October 2 at 7 p.m. French time

Relic Hunters Lég ende is a top-down looter-shooter that’s easy to pick up but hard to master, with a story set in a rich, animated and colorful universe. Dive into the single-player story mode to meet and unlock five unique Relic Hunters, each with their own abilities, play style and personality. Then put your skills to the test in intergalactic clashes as you complete a wide variety of highly replayable missions, in cooperation with up to four online players. Gather powerful equipment, use your unique abilities and go in search of mysterious relics to uncover the truth behind Duke Ducan’s dictatorship and save the galaxy
For this early access release, Rogue Snail has added special content and gameplay
- New game mode: In the new game mode, Asteroid Nemesis, players can earn the best loot in the galaxy by completing five challenging missions. After completing each of these missions, either solo or with the help of up to three other online hunters, players will receive incredible rewards available for a limited time, such as ultra-rare Legendary Materials, insane weapons and equipment, as well as maximum bounties.
- Friendship adventures: Through single-player narrative missions focusing on friendship, players will be able to discover more about the history of the Hunters and the world around them. The launch of early access inaugurates the friendship adventures “Eel Under Rock” and “Ace of Hearts”, which respectively unlock Raff, the team’s ingenious musician, and Ace, the acrobatic donkey.
- New relics: Three powerful new relics (the Lightning Hammer, the Cross and the Obsidian Cat) can now be discovered and equipped to inflict considerable damage.
- New timeline unlocked: Make your way through alternate timelines. Put your skills to the test on the new Epic difficulty in the Broken Era, where you can pick up super-rare Unique equipment and a new collection of super-powered gear.
